Now we travelers need to start the day off with some sustenance. ย Although it is evident that breakfast is by no means the most important meal of the day (Almost an after-thought really), the Italians donโ€™t lack for gastronomic delights. I couldnโ€™t resist the custard tart with seasonal fruit and edible flowers, washed down with freshly squeezed orange juice. Delightfully pretty and of course absolutely delicious. Anything made with fruit is bound to be healthy, right?
