Although the filling may seem surprising, sweet and savoury pasta dishes date back to the Renaissance. In Italy, pasta is often paired with fruit, agrumi and spices and make for wonderful flavour combinations.
We have prepared our Turkey & Cranberry Ravioli with a delicate rosé sauce and a sprinkling of grated Parmigiano, which perfectly balances the sweet notes. A rich and flavoursome primo piatto for any Christmas feast!
