‘Experience Golden Ravioli: Customer Tour’ Wrap-up

On Tuesday March 15, we opened our retail space and production floor doors to our pasta loving community, for the very first time.

It felt wonderful to share our story and cook for our guests, but it was an absolute thrill to see just how engaged everyone was in the whole experience.

We prepared a dish bold in both flavour and colour, to showcase our hero of the night ~ Mushroom and Sundried Tomato Ravioli.

The ravioli were dressed in olive oil, slivers of garlic, sautéed kale, and combined with warmed Kalamatta olives and roasted, vine ripened cherry tomatoes. A drizzling of chilli oil was recommended to complete the plate.

We look forward to hosting another Experience Golden Ravioli event soon.
