We are delighted to announce our collaboration with Accent Cafe and their highly sought-after Cannoli Masterclass, led by the talented Daniele Foti-Cuzzola.
From March (as part of the vibrant Subi Spritz in Subiaco) to May, this remarkable event took place, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have been a part of it.
At the Cannoli Masterclass, participants had the incredible opportunity to learn the art of crafting these exquisite Sicilian delights while immersing themselves in an experience that awakened their taste buds and delighted their senses. From the moment guests arrived, they were greeted with a refreshing Aperol Spritz, setting the stage for a truly memorable occasion. Throughout the event, a delectable aperitivo was served, perfectly complementing the learning process. And as a special treat, each attendee received a box of cannoli to take home, along with a delicious GR fresh pasta pack and recipe card, and a thoughtfully curated gift bag, ensuring that the experience would linger longer after the workshop ended.

It was an absolute privilege to collaborate with like-minded individuals who share our passion for culinary traditions and creating unforgettable moments.
