Linguine

Known to be wider than spaghetti but not as wide as fettucine … linguine undeniably have more character than their mediocre reputation suggests.  These long and slender locks of pasta are traditionally served with seafood, tomato sugo or pesto.  Thanks to our Lingurian neighbours, linguine is the perfect choice for a light, delicate and tender dish with an understated flavour and fabulous colour. Deriving from the Italian word “linguina,” meaning little tongues, we guarantee you’ll be licking the plate clean.
